The Fulbright Commission of the United States offers several scholarships

Chevening Scholarships
Chevening [The Chevening Scholarship is an international
scholarship scheme which enables students with leadership qualities from 144
countries and territories to undertake postgraduate study or courses in
universities in the United Kingdom] scholarships are for leading university graduates
who wish to pursue a master's degree at a university in the UK, to develop
professionally, to contact professionals from all over the world and to live in
the UK for 1 year. The new call begins in August 2016.
Carolina Foundation Scholarships
The Carolina Foundation offers more than 500 scholarships for
Ibero-American students who want to do a postgraduate, doctorate, short
postdoctoral stay, participate in their program of entrepreneurship or a stay
in universities or research centers in Spain. Scholarships are held every year
in December.

OAS Scholarships
The OAS Academic Scholarship Program has been in existence since 1958 and
awards scholarships for undergraduate, master's, doctoral and postgraduate
research at partner universities, as well as professional development grants.
DAAD Scholarships
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), through the German Embassy
in Uruguay, annually awards scholarships to international students, including
Uruguayan students, to study in Germany. The scholarships available for
Uruguayans are generally postgraduate and offer 3 types:
Scholarships for full doctoral studies in Germany (3,5 years)
Research stays from 1 to 6 months in Germany Scholarship research grants with a German tutor and stays in Germany and
Uruguay
Scholarships Eiffel
The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship Program was created by the French
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and offers scholarships for master's and doctoral
studies at French universities. The 2016 call is open now and will be until 8

Endevour Scholarships
Endevour scholarships are awarded by the Australian Ministry of Education
and offer the possibility of studying a master's or doctorate in the country;
And also offers professional development grants from 1 to 4 months, vocational
education diplomas from 1 to 2.5 years, and exchange scholarships of up to 6
months for master, doctoral and postdoctoral students.
Banting Scholarships
The Government of Canada offers Banting scholarships for postdoctoral
studies in medicine, natural sciences, engineering, social sciences and
humanities at a Canadian institution. They are a maximum of 2 years
(non-renewable), are granted approximately 70 a year, up to 70,000 dollars per
year, are convened in April and are open until September.
